Once we have agreed terms with the landlord, we will take a holding deposit of one weeks rent. This will form part of your move-in monies and secures the property for you whilst we proceed to referencing. The referencing is conducted by an outside referencing agency and the charge is £36 inc VAT per tenant. We also charge a general administration fee of £150 plus VAT, which is an overall fee for the move-in and not per tenant.
