Once we have agreed terms with the landlord, we will take a holding deposit of one weeks rent. This will form part of your move-in monies and secures the property for you whilst we proceed to referencing. This system is conducted by an outside referencing agency for which there is a charge and also for general administration. Please contact us for detailed information on these charges but we are confident that our fees are very reasonable in comparison with other agencies.
