Landlord services

We are confident that you will find our fees highly competitive and we offer the following services:

  • Let only, for which we find the tenant, provide comprehensive referencing via an independent referencing company, draw up the contracts and ensure that everything is completed for their move-in. This would include such things as organising the Gas Safety Certificate, preparation of an inventory etc. (Such services will be extra charges which are payable to the relevant contractors) Upon move-in we will change all the utilities, Council Tax and water rates into the new tenant’s name.
  • Rent collection. We will happily collect the rent on your behalf, for which we charge 2% of the monthly sum, plus VAT
  • Full management. This package includes rent collection and maintenance of your home, which is dealt with in-house and with the use of our approved contractors. In addition, we will inspect your property every quarter and provide a follow up report and we will be responsible following the checkout for any deductions as a result of damage by the tenants. This fee is 5% of the monthly rent, again plus VAT.
